Welcome Teachers Instructors and Camp Counselors,

Our mission is to educate participants to think with discernment, to believe with insight and commitment, to act with integrity, compassion, confidence and competence for those in their care while out on the water.

Our outward pursuits course strives to provide quality hands on experience encouraging participants in service and respect to all types of communities and age groups, locally and worldwide.

Our practica facilitiates the transition from academic study to professional careers.  Participants will have the opportunity to grow professionally, to identify personal strengths and weaknesses, to apply learned theory to practical situations gaining an appreciaition of the role, duties responsibilities of outdoor adventure camp facilitator.

Our participants learn the critical aspect of safety and risk management for themselves and under those in their care, including feeling safe physically, socially and psychologically while maintaining a level of challenge while on our waterways.

Participants that fullfill course obligations will have the opportunity facilitate one of our international adventure camps which include jungle trekking, caving and a high seas paddle sailing adventure!
